At MIE Transformative Solutions, our mission is to provide essential services and support through family support programs to individuals and families in need. We strive to empower those we serve, including offering parent coaching and trauma-informed care, to achieve self-sufficiency and improve their overall quality of life.
MIE Transformative Solutions offers trauma-informed care through family support programs that focus on healing, stability, and empowerment for families. Our services are rooted in attachment theory, family systems theory, choice theory, person-centered therapy, and solution-focused practices. We provide comprehensive care through four integrated service tracks, utilizing a team approach when appropriate and beneficial for the families we partner with, including parent coaching to enhance family dynamics.
We offer a wide range of family support programs and services to assist individuals and families in need. Our approach delivers comprehensive, trauma-informed care through four integrated service tracks within our Positive Pathways 2 Parenting Framework:
• R.E.S.E.T. Track – Reunification services for families rebuilding custody and connection.
• S.A.F.E. Track – Prevention-focused supports designed to stabilize and empower families.
• F.A.M.I.L.Y. Customized Support – Intensive, multisystemic services tailored for families with complex needs.
• Parenting & Student Services (U.P.L.I.F.T. & The C.O.R.E.) – Youth-focused coaching, including parent coaching, to promote behavioral growth and goal setting.
The R.E.S.E.T. (Reunification • Engagement • Support • Empowerment • Transformation) program includes the R.E.S.T. rack, a trauma-informed, team-based service pathway designed to provide essential family support programs that assist families in the reunification process. Grounded in an integrated therapeutic model—including attachment theory, family systems theory, choice theory, person-centered approaches, and solution-focused interventions—this track effectively addresses the relational and systemic disruptions that contribute to family separation.
Services offered through this program include parent coaching, therapeutic parent-child interaction, court navigation, and emotional support. The ultimate goal is not only to meet external mandates but to facilitate deep healing, secure attachment, and sustainable reunification.
The S.A.F.E. (Stabilization • Advocacy • Family Empowerment) Track is a trauma-informed, prevention-focused service pathway designed to strengthen families and reduce the risk of out-of-home placement. This initiative acts as one of the key family support programs, equipping caregivers with trauma-informed care through parenting education, individualized coaching, and assistance in navigating critical systems such as child welfare, education, and housing.
By integrating parent coaching, the program builds family resilience by addressing stressors, enhancing parenting skills, and connecting families with essential resources to promote safety, consistency, and long-term family well-being.
The F.A.M.I.L.Y. (Focused • Adaptive • Multisystemic • Integrated • Life-Building • Youth-Centered) Track is an intensive, customized support model designed as one of the leading family support programs for families navigating multiple challenges across home, school, behavioral health, and legal domains.
This program provides coordinated care, behavior coaching, crisis response, and advocacy to support families experiencing systemic barriers. Particularly beneficial for families with complex trauma histories or multisystem involvement, F.A.M.I.L.Y. employs trauma-informed care principles to ensure continuity of care through a team-based approach, aiming to stabilize and transform the family environment.
U.P.L.I.F.T. (Understanding • Parenting • LifeSkills • Identity • Focus • Transformation) is a track that emphasizes life skills, emotional regulation, identity development, and effective parenting practices. This program is particularly beneficial for young parents, single parents, and those with a trauma history, making it a key component of family support programs.
U.P.L.I.F.T. - Dads is a specialized sub-component focusing on parent coaching specifically designed for father-focused mentorship and coaching.
The C.O.R.E. (Connecting • Ownership • Resilience • Empowerment) track provides youth-centered mentoring grounded in choice theory and family systems principles. It is aimed at enhancing social-emotional competence and supports students in developing self-regulation, decision-making, effective communication, and personal responsibility.
Coaching sessions are tailored to individual needs and can be delivered in various settings, including school, home, or community. By incorporating trauma-informed care, C.O.R.E. helps youth forge and sustain positive connections while building the essential skills to thrive within their families and peer environments.
We love our customers and are dedicated to providing family support programs, parent coaching, and trauma-informed care. Feel free to visit us during normal business hours.
